Jacqueline Bardini

Jackie began her legal career working with one of the top 25 attorneys in Westchester County in the area of medical malpractice, class actions and trademarks.
She moved on to intellectual property with a start-up biotech company and subsequently represented the intellectual property business interests of individual inventors, small businesses and universities against large companies such as Lilly, Novartis and Roche. She was able to secure increased royalties for one company by distinguishing their invetorship status.

Jackie also has represented clients in divorces, separation agreements, business formations, not-for-profits and transactions.
​
Jackie is a registered pharmacist and has advised on the USP747 and 800 sterile compounding and chemotherapy mixing rooms. Her past work as a pharmacist includes major teaching hospitals, retail pharmacy and a multi-specialty medical group.
​​Pingwah Tang, PhD
Dr. Tang obtained his PhD from Université Paris-Sorbonne, in Paris, France and provides guidance in the area of chemical sciences and patent prosecution. Dr. Tang has published articles on his research and is an inventor on numerous patents. Being a patent agent, he is knowledgeable about the patent process and possesses the scientific knowledge necessary to support patent applications. He is also affiliated with Beijing University of Chemical Technology and spends time in China teaching classes.
Dr. Tang is fluent in English, French and Mandarin.
​​Steven Bernard, Intern
Steven Bernard is a law intern and a member of the Reserves. While his passion is for his country, he is also a paralegal in training and plans to go on to law school.
While he is gaining substantial knowledge about military law he also assists the firm with client intake and research. When he is not deployed, he enjoys spending time with his two sisters and working on cars and motorcycles.
